- Analyze for structural replication
- Recreate framework architecture or system sequencing
- Develop competing methodologies or derivative systems
Any attempt to replicate the structural logic or commercial application of the Proprietary Materials is strictly prohibited.
[B. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & MACHINE LEARNING RESTRICTIONS]
You may not:
- Upload Proprietary Materials into artificial intelligence systems
- Use Proprietary Materials to train machine learning models
- Submit Proprietary Materials to generative AI platforms for reconstruction or simulation
- Use prompt engineering techniques to map or extract system architecture
- Develop derivative AI-based tools or competing systems
These restrictions apply to both commercial and non-commercial use.Unauthorized ingestion, modeling, or derivative development using artificial intelligence systems constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
[C. AUTOMATED ACCESS AND DATA EXTRACTION]
You may not use automated systems — including bots, crawlers, scrapers, data mining tools, or similar technologies — to access, monitor, copy, or extract Site content.
[D. TRADEMARK RIGHTS]
“Studio of Systems™” is the trade name under which consultancy services are offered. The following framework names are proprietary intellectual property and are used as common law trademarks:
- The Wonder Index™
- Perception Formation Framework™
- The Load Test™
These marks, together with associated terminology, structural models, diagrams, scoring systems, sequencing logic, and implementation methodologies, are proprietary.
Unauthorized commercial use, imitation, confusingly similar naming, or derivative branding is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Formal trademark registration may be pursued.
[4. INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY]
The Site is provided for informational purposes only.Nothing contained on the Site constitutes legal, financial, business, or professional advice. Engagement for consultancy services requires a separate written agreement.
[5. FUTURE PRODUCTS AND LICENSING]
Studio of Systems may, in the future, offer interactive tools, digital products, AI-based systems, downloadable materials, or licensed methodologies. Such products may be subject to separate license agreements or third-party platform terms.
Those additional agreements will govern use of such products.
[6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY]
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or business-related damages arising from:
- Use of the Site
- Reliance on Site content
- Misapplication of described frameworks or methodologies
Use of the Site is at your own risk.
[7. INDEMIFCATION]
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site operator from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
[8. GOVERNING LAW]
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
